You must agree to the following terms to make a reseller purchase with us.

• Price. Reseller pricing is list price plus 10%. You may resell at any price.
• Plans. Annual plans only, Gold and above (Gold, Elite, Enterprise from 7 users).
• No refunds. All reseller purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable.
• Payment. By card on this page, or by invoice (card or bank transfer) due within 7 days; approved partners have 30 days. The license is delivered when payment is received.
• Delivery. Serial numbers and activation links are emailed to the customer email you enter on this page after payment is confirmed. You receive the receipt.
• Renewals. Licenses run one year and do not renew on their own. We send a renewal notice 60 days before the end date.
