Accessibility statement

TIKA Solutions LLC (makers of in5) wants everyone to be able to use in5.us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice and most accessibility laws worldwide.

What we do

• Every page is built with proper headings, text descriptions for images, keyboard access and a visible focus indicator.
• Text and buttons meet the WCAG contrast minimum (4.5:1).
• Videos that play automatically can be paused, and we honour your system's "reduce motion" setting.
• We test with automated checkers (axe-core) and by keyboard before changes go live.

Known limitations

• Some older demo videos do not yet have captions. We are re-recording them with captions and transcripts.
• Third-party content we embed (YouTube players, the Stripe payment form, the newsletter sign-up) is controlled by those providers; we choose providers that publish their own accessibility conformance.
• Interactive documents published by our customers with in5 are the customers' content. in5 includes an accessibility panel so publishers can add alt text, reading order and language settings to their exports.
